Richard and his team communicated through out our stay when necessary, and even provided lists of things to do while we were in town! Also, the beach is a short 5 minute walk! Great place!

Richard was a fantastic host; him and his team were extremely friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. Additionally, the house was exactly as described and very comfortably fit our group. I especially appreciated that the dining tables in the house (both indoor and out on the porch) were large enough to sit the entire group too!

Beautiful and very quit place perfect to rest. The location is so peaceful that I was feeling scared at first. The cleaning was magnificent, extremely clean and organized and beautiful place. The only recommendation is if you planing to travel with kids request a lower unit because the structure of the place is wood so you will be disturbing the people downstairs just by walking. But if you planing to go sleep at 10 pm and wake up late 2nd floor will be ok.

The place was clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable.
