What is the commission structure?

What are the cancellation terms?
Cancel anytime. There’s no long-term contract or lock-in period. While we aim to build lasting relationships, you’re free to pause or stop services at any time.

How does nightly pricing work?
We mirror your direct pricing unless otherwise requested. Some partners choose an optional $10 markup to offset commission costs. We also coordinate availability and blackout dates to avoid double bookings.
Who handles guest communication?
Our team manages all guest messaging and inquiries up until one week before check-in — or another handoff point you prefer.
Who sets up the listings?
We do. We create and manage listings on Airbnb (and optionally other OTAs) for all rooms or room types. This includes writing descriptions, uploading imagery, setting pricing rules, and updating content regularly.
Will I still be able to take direct bookings or block dates?
Absolutely. You retain full control of your calendar. We’ll work with your team to ensure availability is accurately synced and direct bookings are never at risk.
